The National Ballet Academy of Denver's Trainee Program offers a four year course in classical ballet training for students between the ages of 16-20 years old and who have shown potential to become professional dancers. The program runs in conjunction with the schedules of both the Academy and Company.

Students will not only study classical ballet but other subjects such as Pas de deux, Solos,Repertoire, Character, Contemporary, Make-up, and Body Conditioning. students gain performance experience by performing with the National Ballet of Denver, and as a touring group.
